Evaluation:
I have learnt a lot throughout the duration of my production, i have learnt that there is alot of things that need to into selling and also making a film. I feel that i have done well, and i have got three good final results and i am happy with how all three of them have turned out, even though it was very stressful getting them all correct and up to the standard i wanted them to be.
My Thriller Film Trailer, turned into a task and i gave my audience a lot of preview to help me for my final ideas. They helped my from doing my posters, my ideas, my magazine front cover, and other things on my blog.
Firstly i was going to do a music video because i love music and i felt that i woul be able to express myself in my music video and show how capable i was, but i then decided against it after talking with my friends and my teacher i then decided to go ahead with a thriller trailer, i was very worried about this at first because i had never really done anything like this before, but after i got into it and had a few mess arounds with the whole idea, i started to enjoy it alot.
I feel that my film trailer is original to me because i was the one who made it and i came up with all the ideas and where it was going to be set and the lighting and everything else that had to be done to my Thriller trailer.
For my influence on a thriller trailer i looked up well known directers and directers of thriller films i like!, i looked at James Wan the directer of the film Saw, he influenced me a lot because his film is one of the most thrilling trailers i have ever seen and i liked how he did his work because he kept all of his audience on egde and with one eye open!
I feel that my work enages in the audience very well and i feel that a lot of people will be interested because its a thriller trailer and every one does love a bit of jump in their life at some point! and i feel that my thriller trailer is one that kind of puts you on egde and makes you actually want to watch the film and see what happens to them.
A lot of work went into my production before it all came together and thats good because you do need a lot of research and planning before you do a big piece of work like this, i did a lot of storyboards, i did a book with a few things in such as ideas, plots, sounds, mise-en-sence, and brainstorms, i found that this helped me put all my ideas down on sheets and not just kept in my head, i then could look at all the information i had and put then all together. To think of the story line i write lots of little storys and then asked my family and friends to read them all, and they liked the one i did first which was, 'Three children are going on a day out in the fields for a picnic, but they heard a noise coming from the barn, they decide to send one of them over and take a look, but after he shouts RUN, they all run for their lives towards the gate, out of the film, but do they survive? i think not?...' and i am pleased everyone chose this one because i did like this the first time i wrote it.
To film my Trailer, i used a digital camera, i then used a program on my computer at home to help me with all my editing, i actually did do about 20 minutes of filming and as you can see i did scrap alot of the work, the reason i did this was i wanted to film a lot of footage so i then had a lot of footage to work with when i was editing it, this showed me that a lot of work is actually put into a proper film and that made me think a lot about mine. The music that i used is just a clip i that found on the program i used to edit the filming, it was called 'Halloween' i loved it the first time i heard it and it just made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! and i think it went so well with the film trailer especially when there is breathing and its coming from the barn thats one of my best bits in the trailer!
To be honest, i didnt really like this task when i first heard we had to do it on a blog, because i had no idea how to use a blog and i was very worried, but when i started to use it and when i got into it i really enjoyed it. I have really learnt a lot from this experince of school work, and i feel that i have learnt that there is a lot of work that goes into an actual film, and how important the planning is. Also people have helped me a lot along the way with how they have said their opinions and and what they have told me do to and not to do, i really took both of them on board and thats half the reaon my trailer has actually come out pretty good! From doing this task i have taken a lot away from it and i have understood what things in the film industry are about now, when before i didnt really understand that well, but i now do. I have taken a lot of experience away from this and i would love to write them all down but i think there will be a bit too much for me to write, but here are a few : Filming, planning, drawing ideas, editing, and many more.

An honest reflection! I think you have the main points required.
